The video went live on Wednesday 7th August. All other plans were already in place. We had choirs, songs, recording equipment, and I had personally engaged the police for the day as event management staff. They didn't like this idea, but when I reminded them that their other choice was to not help and then not know what was going on, they were fairly ammenable.
